Research Cafe Session - People Arise Now

Research Cafe Session - People Arise Now

Description

Join us at the Research Café Session, a unique collaboration between King’s College London and People Arise Now. Designed as a pilot study focused on mental health within the borough of Sutton, these sessions are an opportunity to engage with research in a new and meaningful way. This event aims to co-produce inclusive health research with diverse communities, enhancing the diversity of research participation and involvement among Black, Asian, and minority ethnic groups. Set in an engaging, safe space, the Research Café sessions offer a platform for exploring participant interest in research and introduction to the goals of a proposed Southwest London Research Support Network, discussing supports to enhance involvement in health and care research.

Participants will contribute to the development of a Southwest London Research Support Network, aiming to break down barriers and create strategies for more effective participation and involvement in health and care research.

Your voice is essential to us. Your participation will help shape the future of inclusive health research. As a thank you for your valuable time and insights, participants will receive £50 in cash upon completion of the session and feedback forms.

We assure confidentiality and a supportive environment, prioritising your comfort and privacy. If you meet the inclusion criteria and are ready to be a part of this innovative project and contribute to a more inclusive research landscape, we welcome your participation.
