The Sutton Men in Sheds project provides a community space for men to connect, engage in conversation, as well as create and pursue new interests. Advice, support and sign posting, facilitated by professionals, is incorporated in the group sessions for further support if needed.

Age UK Merton run a fun and exciting Line Dancing Class for +50yrs

Join us in the R.I.S.E. Community Shed and Hub, an integral part of the CDARS Health and Wellbeing programme.

This unique space serves as a gathering point, where individuals come together to create, repair, and engage in shed-type projects. The hub fosters skill-sharing, knowledge exchange, and the building of social connections and friendships. Attendees will not only learn practical techniques but also apply strategies to enhance their mental and emotional wellbeing, reducing social isolation and loneliness. 

Moreover, participants could give back to others, contributing to the community.

Facilitation and Support: 

The skilled DIY/Recreational Sports facilitators and Mental Health specialists are here to assist you on your journey to improved wellbeing.

Managed by People Arise Now, the St. Helier Community Food Shop serves SHP and St. Helier residents, providing access to affordable groceries for those in need.
