The Sutton Men in Sheds project provides a community space for men to connect, engage in conversation, as well as create and pursue new interests. Advice, support and sign posting, facilitated by professionals, is incorporated in the group sessions for further support if needed.

HarmonyWELL is a welcoming and inclusive women's fitness group project for Sutton residents, designed to cater to the unique needs and preferences of ethnically and religiously minoritised women. Our goal is to create a supportive and culturally sensitive space where women from diverse backgrounds and differing fitness levels can prioritise their health and well-being.

Sessions will include yoga and we use experienced female instructors to meet cultural and religious sensitivities.
