Community Centre Hire Rates
Discover the pricing details for hiring our community centre below. Familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy:
- No refund for deposits if cancelled 14 or fewer days before the event.
- 50% deposit retention if cancelled more than 14 days but less than 28 days before the event.
- Full refund if cancelled 29 days before the event.
- Full refund if Hill House cancels the event.

Weekday Rates for Training Room (TR)
£35 per hour, and it's available for weekdays only.
Weekday Rates for Main Hall:
- £40 per hour
Weekend Rates for Main Hall:
- £400 for 6 hours
- £450 for 8 hours
- £500 for 10 hours
- £650 for the whole day
Damages and Deposit:
(a) A deposit of £300 for weekends and £150 for weekdays is payable upon confirmation of the booking, although this may be waived at the discretion of Hill House.
(b) If a deposit has been paid and no damage has occurred, the deposit will be returned to the Hirer within 21 days of the event taking place. (Please refer to the terms and conditions for details.)

In the event of any changes, a member of our admin team will promptly notify you.
Main Hall & Kitchen

- 150 seated/250 standing with no furniture
Pricing:
- £40.00 per hour for weekdays
- For weekends:
- £400 for 6 hours
- £450 for 8 hours
- £500 for 10 hours
- £650 for the whole day
