Community Centre Hire – Pricing & Cancellation Policy
Please find below the pricing details for hiring our community centre. We recommend reviewing our cancellation policy carefully before confirming your booking.
Cancellation Policy
- No refund of deposits for cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the event
- 50% of the deposit retained for cancellations made more than 14 days but fewer than 28 days before the event
- Full refund for cancellations made 29 days or more before the event
- Full refund if the event is cancelled by Hill House
All charges or repayments due to cancellation will be processed within 21 days.
Weekday Rates for Training Room (TR)
- £38 per hour, and it's available for weekdays only.
Weekday Rates (Monday to Thursday) – Main Hall
- £53 per hour
Friday Rates – Main Hall
- £63 per hour
Weekend Rates for Main Hall:
- £475 for 6 hours
- £580 for 8 hours
- £650 for 10 hours
Damages and Deposit:
(a) A refundable deposit of £300 for weekend bookings and £150 for weekday bookings is payable upon confirmation of the booking. Hill House reserves the right to waive the deposit at its discretion.
(b) Where a deposit has been paid and no damage has occurred, the deposit will be refunded to the Hirer within 21 days following the date of the event, subject to the Terms and Conditions.

Our booking system automatically applies all relevant fees, discounts, and deposits based on the information provided at the time of booking. These amounts are subject to change. Should any adjustments be required, a member of our admin team will contact you promptly.
